Welcome to Oneness Seva Group

Bringing Communities Together Through Kindness, Connection & Service

Founded in 2024 by community volunteer Palo Kaur, the Oneness Seva Group supports residents across the Black Country and Birmingham.

We provide cultural, educational, and social activities that reduce isolation and improve wellbeing, especially for the elderly and marginalised communities. Our aim is to make life better for those facing challenges due to age, disability, financial hardship, or other social circumstances

Our Story

The Oneness Seva Group grew out of 20 years of grassroots community work led by local volunteers. For many years, our events were made possible through personal donations and goodwill.

In 2024, we formally established the group to access funding and expand our reach — ensuring that activities could continue despite the challenges of the cost-of-living crisis.

Today, we are proud to have a management committee of five and a small team of volunteers who share a passion for giving back and making a difference.

What is Oneness Seva Group?
Oneness Seva Group refers to selfless service provided with the intention of unity, compassion and uplifting humanity. Our group practices seva as a way to nurture both individual and collective well being.
Oneness is the understanding that all beings are interconnected. By serving others we serve humanity and deepen our own spiritual awareness.
We respond to local community needs, partner with non profit organisations and encourage volunteers to suggest new initiatives.
We work across Sandwell and Birmingham areas. As an unincorporated community group, we don’t have a physical office. Our seva activities take place across various community spaces, partner venues.
Anyone with a sincere intention to serve, learn and grow spiritually is welcome to join.
